What to know before commissioning me:

  • The listed prices are for personal use commissions, if you’d like a commercial use commission you must send an e-mail to tatasarts0@gmail.com making the request.

  • I’ll have a public waitlist where you can see for yourself how much time you’ll have to wait.

  • It takes me roughly two weeks to finish a commission.

  • Payment must be done with PayPal or Wise (Wise has a better transaction fee) and it must be the right amout.

  • I have the right to post your commission (if you want a private commission there’s a small fee).

  • I have the right to refuse your commission if I feel like I won’t fulfil your request.

  • You aren’t allowed to use my commissions as NFTs.

  • You must provide clear visual references when needed (e.g. mood board, character sheets, pose references).

The commission process:

  • It’s important that the commissioner is sure about their request.

  • The first step is filing the commission order form with your request.

You must add important details that I may need in advance (like a simple ‘Girl sitting on a chair’).

After you filled the form, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with the invoice.

I have a right to refuse the job.

  • To start working on your request I need a deposit payment of 50% on the final price.

This deposit is refundable in case you change your mind, and I didn’t start it yet or if I can’t take the job anymore.

You’ll know the likely date when you’ll receive the sketch and/or the final piece.

  •  When I’ll send the first sketch (2 versions of it when needed), I expect you to tell me any kind of feedback: this is important for both of us so I can deliver the best performance.

  • With your feedback I can adjust the sketch and send the final version for approval.

At this point you cannot request to make further change without paying for a new sketch first.

  • After the final sketch approval I can proceed with the work and the only things that can be changed are the colors after a mutual agreement.

I will not send progress photos, unless it’s requested (in this case one low quality .jpeg for each phase: lineart, flats and first shading).

  • At the end of the job I’ll send a low quality final image for the final approval and once it’s approved you must send the remaining part of the payment so you can receive the files.

If it’s not approved you cannot request a refund of the deposit payment.

Files included in the commission price:

  • High resolution ready to print, 300dpi JPG in RGB format (it’s possible to request TIFF, PDF or PNG in CMYK format).

  • Lower quality for posting on social media.
